Each of the candidates appearing at the
Written Test will be interviewed along with his parents
by a panel of experts. The names of the candidates qualifying
for admission will be placed in the Merit List which will
be pasted on the College Notice Board within two days
of the Entrance Examination. The required number of candidates
will be admitted, depending on the availability of seats,
purely on the basis of merit. Registration, or featuring
in the Merit List, does not guarantee admission.
The evaluated Answer Scripts of the candidates are normally
preserved for a period of two months, after which they
are destroyed.
Parents have no right to access the evaluated scripts.
In case of doubts, however, a formal request may be lodged
with a competent authority to get the scripts of their
wards scrutinized. A Xerox copy of the Receipt for Rs.
250/- deposited in the College Account at the Extension
Counter of the Central Bank of India situated on the campus
should accompany all genuine requests for scrutiny. |
